The advanced course C1 aims to further develop your basic level C00 skills. It will equip you with knowledge gained through completing exercises and examining examples of best practices to develop skills in performing tasks in such positions as analyst and consultant. The course comprises introductory modules and two specialization:

Note: To take part in this course, participants must first complete the Basics of building applications in WEBCON BPS C00 course.

SPECIALIZATION TRACKS

The course is dedicated to everyone who wants to develop their skills in WEBCON BPS process configuration and analysis. The course agenda is divided into two specializations, with classes taking place in parallel.

C1A - Analysis of business requirements and designing applications in WEBCON BPS

C1B - Advanced configuration and implementing applications in WEBCON BPS

RECERTIFICATION

This course is made for you, if:

You have finished one of the following courses: C1A – Business Requirements Analysis and Application Design in WEBCON BPS or C1B – Advanced Configuration and Implementation of WEBCON BPS Application and your competences have been acknowledged with a WEBCON Professional Certificate.

Your certificate has expired or its expiration date is near. The certificate is valid for 2 years after being issued.
You want to possess a valid proof of proficiency in the newest features of the WEBCON BPS system and an acknowledgement of competences, experience, and professionalism in project and implementation management.

During the recertification you will be able to:

Make sure that you are up-to-date with all the changes and newest features of the system
Consult WEBCON Experts
Verify your skills during a theoretical and practical exam (Implementation of a small project using the newest version of WEBCON BPS)

Schedule:

The recertification takes around 16 days (10 working days) and consists mainly of own work of attendees.

The participants will be tasked with a problem which ought to be solved by developing processes and applications in the WEBCON BPS system. Depending on the chosen path (C1A lub C1B), the participant will either need to prepare a complete analytical documentation and implementation plan, or implement and configure all required features.

Each attendee will have 2 appointments with the trainers (45 min each) at their disposal.

During the whole recertification period we guarantee access to individual work environments. All necessary components are pre-installed and ready to go.

Day 1	Organizational meeting, task assignment
Day 3 or 4	Individual consultations with trainers
Day 10 or 11	Individual consultations with trainers
Day 16	Exam – exact time to be determined individually

The exam includes:

A theoretical part – questions that address the whole functionality of WEBCON BPS, with emphasis placed on new features that have been released in the last two years
A practical part – presentation of the completed project and answering questions connected with it
