Business Development Representative – LEAD GENERATION (PROSPECTING)

Place of work: Seattle

WEBCON is the European market leader for the workflow and low-code – a market that is growing at a huge rate. We are creating fantastic software that industry leaders already use today. We operate in Poland, Europe and North America – where we also have our office. Year-on-year we are growing the company at a rate of 25% and more and our sales team is always executing its ambitious plans.

Do you know how to reach with your offer to IT directors and managers of corporations, large and medium-sized enterprises? Fearless phone calls? Can you use social media and conferences to be in front of those you care about? Great! Because we are looking for reinforcements in this area. If you get along, you will be responsible for building a sales funnel and actively sourcing new customers. We will make sure that you can do it best.

Job description:

  • Build customer base though active acquisition of new leads using traditional technology and social media
  • Conduct prospect meetings and organize presentations
  • Identify customer needs
  • Manage pipeline though CRM

Requirements:

  • Experience in active lead acquisition (prospecting), cold calling
  • The ability to connect and create relationships
  • They ability to use social media in the process of acquiring customers
  • Very good knowledge of the IT system market
  • General knowledge of modern technologies (knowledge of Workflow systems, Low-Code, No-Code, ERP will be an additional asset)
  • Independence, the ability to organize work and manage time
