PKM Duda optimizes processes with WEBCON BPS, Polski Koncern Miesny DUDA – one of the biggest companies in meat industry in Poland – became another company to implement WEBCON Business Process Suite. The group owns 30 subsidiaries located in Poland, Germany and Ukraine. The system will be used to handle key business processes in area of finance and HR.

The aim of the project is to improve communication between employees and HR, finance and accounting departments. The implementation of WEBCON BPS compliments the whole scope of business process optimization within the company.
Our vision regarding implementation of Business Process Management solution vastly outreaches the scope of recently started project. Company’s long-term goal is to consequently optimize all areas of work and introduction of WEBCON BPS is another step, after implementation of SAP, to achieve this goal.
During the implementation, WEBCON BPS will be integrated with three existing ERP systems: SAP, Comarch ERP XL and Comarch ERP Optima.
