Implementation in Slovenian insurance company, Zavarovalnica Tilia, a part of internation holding Sava Re Group, implemented WEBCON Business Process Suite in order to optimize internal finance processes. Whole implementation has been carried out by company’s internal IT department.

Sava Re Group provides wide variety of insurance services in Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro and Slovenia. Whole Group employs aprox. 2500 employees.
During decision-making process, for Zavarovalnica Tilia being one of the main companies within a Group, it was extremly important to choose a solution able to support multinational character of the organization and also various processes such as HR or customer service.
During the initial implementation, company optimized two internal financial processes. Currently the scope of implementation is being widened to support another day-to-day tasks. Whole project has been carried out by internal IT Department of the company with minor consultation with WEBCON and Kompas Xnet (WEBCON’s Partner).
