Sharing lessons learned from a
7 years of experience with a low-code platform

About the video presentation:

Warbud is one of Poland’s largest construction companies. Established in 1989, they hire 1,200 people and completed close to 600 building projects, including civil engineering structures, as well as industrial, public and residential buildings.

Seven years ago, WEBCON BPS low code platform was rolled out as part of an ERP replacement project. Although it was only meant to be used for a single – yet very important – cost invoice approval process, it became the backbone of business process management at Warbud.

This insightful presentation by Warbud’s Digitization and Information Technology Director shows their journey with WEBCON BPS low-code platform:

  • How and where low-code can produce exceptional results?
  • What processes do they support with tailored applications?
  • How low-code can help digitize and streamline business operations?
  • What lessons did they learn in the process?
