Due to the huge number of documents recorded each month, Intrum Justitia was looking for a solution which would be able to improve their processing. WEBCON BPS platform, based on Microsoft SharePoint 2010, was selected from several available alternatives.

One of the key factors, which decided about the choice of WEBCON BPS, was its integration with an OCR feature. Such a combination allows a document to be pre-registered in the system, its type identified, and then it can be forwarded to the applicable person or department.

During the implementation, WEBCON BPS system was used to handle the bailiff and court letters. At the moment, the scope of system usage is being systematically expanded with new document workflows.

The implementation was performed in collaboration with ArchiDoc, a partner of WEBCON.
